I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at United Airlines
Interview
Had a phone interview first, just some behavioral questions and going over my resume and college coursework. Received a call about a month and a half later about final face to face interview, flown out and had panel interview with 3 people, as well as tour of facilities. Questions were more technical with a few behavioral ones mixed in. Got job offer a few days after my face to face.

Had a phone screening, then a behavioral interview with several team members, and then a shorter interview with my two supervisors. Process was held up by poor planning but interview content was easy.

Question 1
How does your current background align with cargo division?
Interviews with 5 individuals in 2 rounds -- one behavioral first round then a super round of 4 interviews. One excel, one business case, one fit, and one behavioral. Interviewers ranged from associates to directors. HR was very fast in my experience.
