Casual & short phone interview. The interviewer started by asking if I had any questions and then asked me 3 questions. She noted at the beginning that the phone screening was short so I would make sure to have questions prepped to make a bigger impression.

The interview process was straight forward. First, they send an email with a questionnaire and they contact you for a screening interview. After that, you're given a technical interview with 5 questions. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the part.

I applied through campus recruiting website and they start the first round as in-person campus interviews. The move to on-site interview in Chicago. The interview is very technical and contains specific questions about the airline industry.

2 rounds: on campus interview and onsite with 4 interviewers. Things went smoothly and fast. They asked some technical questions related to probability and graphs, traditional behavioral questions, such as: why united? Why price analysis? What is the most challenge for United in 2020?
