The interview process was rather in-depth, yet straight forward. UAL provided clear communication & well laid out expectations. I was able to easily complete my interview & felt very comfortable the whole time.

How did my current experience prepare me for a career at UAL?
Online Application, online psych test, in person interview.
The hardest part is having required experience and getting called to take the psych test which takes people years. The interviewers treat you very well.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at United Airlines (Denver, CO)
Interview
Interview started as a skills test in a full motion DC 10 simulator. If you passed that phase you were invited to an interview with an HR rep and a captain. Questions involved generalized aircraft technical questions, approach plate questions, fuel dump calculations and then proceeded into the behavioral questions. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.
