There is an interview which is behavioral, they ask you 4 questions and a couple of technical questions, and also there is a practical, basic amt skills, timed, if you pass they offer locations you can choose from

Fairly simple as they take you into a lobby room where you wait until you can take your practical. Afterwards you go back to the lobby room where you wait until they call your name for the interview. Then you go back to the lobby room until someone comes and tells you how you did in both.

It's better if it depends on working area and working environment because I feel free to express my experience ,exposure and technical back ground what I was seen and facing through working and effective for the position
