Typical STAR questions. Aircraft maintenance knowledge is required but obviously you won't get to the interview if don't have experience. It's usually a 3 to 5 person interview via virtual interview.

Interview
I received a call approximately 3 weeks after applying online, to schedule an interview. All the instructions were sent through emails including flight information to the interview site. The interview itself was based on hypothetical questions, they asked what would I do if I was in a series of different scenarios. The two gentlemen that performed the interview were accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I received an offer 3 weeks after that and I accepted.

Interview
Interview was conducted with two First Line Supervisors in the STAR format. It was easy and less formal than I had expected. I was lucky enough to build rapport with the two interviewers and I enjoyed the experience.
