United Cellular interview questions

I showed up 15 mins early for the interview at one of the shreveport locations. As I waited I observed the staff and there wasn't any energy or sense of urgency when dealing with customers. The Area manager that was going to interview me showed up 45 minutes late. Once the interview started he didn't have my resume which they told me they had over the phone. He only asked me 2 questions: Tell me about you. Can you sell me your phone. Afterwards he said he would set me up with his DM for a interview and then he asked would I be willing to work as a regular employee for a few months until they can put me in a store manager spot. I declined to do that and I never got a call for the second interview.

The hiring process was a complete joke, they didnt really care who i was as long as i answered the questions they way they wanted it was fine. I can tell they dont really care about there employees as at all.
