Interview
We have you fill out an app. We will review the app. Contact the person after reviewing. At that time we will call the individual and have them come in for an interview. If we approve they will be sent in for a drug test and back ground check. If all passes we will make them an offer.

we will ask what your mechanical experience is in the field. What basics do you know. are you willing to train and go further with your careerer. Can you pass the tests
Standard interview process. Normal questions such as tell me about yourself and why are you looking for another job. I was contacted by the corporate recruiter as the first step in the process before moving to interview with the hiring manager. I was told they try to promote internally first. Not sure why they interviewed me then.
