I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Duluth, MN) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was given a phone screening and an in-person interview. Both of my interviewers were very receptive of my answers and experience, and made comments that led me to believe I would receive an offer. They also mentioned they would be hiring a significant number of representatives very soon, and were not sure if they would even have enough applicants to fill all the slots in their training class. Surprisingly, I was not offered a position and only sent a generic email that didn't apply to my situation. Interesting how military service doesn't equate to the proper "experience for the specifications of the position" for an entry-level, team-based, data-entry job that only required a diploma...

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Overland Park, KS) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process started off with a prescreen skills assessment taken with the application followed by a phone interview by a talent acquisition rep. After the phone interview an in-person interview was scheduled. For the in-person interview I met with two supervisors. The process was pretty standard. They do write down all the responses to questions.
