The interview was overall laid back and the guy interviewing was very easy going. The guy interviewing me spent the majority of the time describing the company and talking about what they had to offer me. There was no pressure and it seemed as if the guy was going to hire me on the spot. The only issue is the interviewer was 10 minutes late.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
