Interview
First, I did a 6 question video interview. I had thirty seconds to read the question and three minutes max to answer the question. Within a week, I heard from a recruiter asking me to come in for a second and final three-hour interview. Ten of us were there and we had an intro/job overview/company overview/etc., then half of us interviewed with managers while the other half listened to an example phone call that we will have to do on the job. Then we switched (took about an hour). Finally we had lunch all together with the managers. Overall a very nice, professional and relaxed experience.

Question 1
Video interview was all behavioral ("tell me about a time when you had to sell something to someone" for example).
Went through each of their values (integrity, compassion, relationships, innovation, performance) and I had to give an example of when I had exemplified each of these values in my previous experiences.

Interview
Applied through UHG portal and then received HireVue invite later that day. Hirevue consisted of 5 pretty easy questions (tell me about a time, why sales, why UHG, etc.). The next day (Thursday) I was contacted to set up an interview with the hiring team and I scheduled it for the following Monday. That interview was with a hiring manager and the program location leader. They further explained the role and then asked a few of the same questions from the Hirevue with a few new behavioral ones. I received my offer 9 days later.
The interview process was very smooth. They got back to me very quickly to schedule interviews and about my decision. The interviewers were very personable and easy to talk to.
they asked me to record a virtual interview and then informed me a few days later that i passed to the next interview round. I then had a call with a sales leader at the denver location where they asked me behavioral questions.
