Interview
Screened by a recruiter over the phone which eventually lead to an interview with a HR manager and members of the development team. Received job offer shortly after the interviewing process, but went through the most ridiculous background check I have ever encountered. After 3 months of going back and forth, the background check company failed me for lacking 1 year of experience (4 of 5 years) required for the job which left me speechless as they told me this 1 day before I was supposed to start and I had already left my job. So I was left jobless and nobody cared on their side.

Interview
Interview process was taken 2 hours, first technical round, interviewer is not serious to hire candidate. They told me to as usual you can leave for the day. Not clear first round so don't know what was next.

They asked some basic question from c#, interface,abstract class, mvc page life cycle ,remove duplicate row in sql server, I answered but they not even listening properly. He is not interested to hire.

Interview
Two rounds were there, HR called many candidates for interview for .net, java and Linux.
Day was Saturday.
So there was a huge crowd nearly 100 candidates overall.
So first round was technical, they were looking for candidates good in asp.net, mvc and sql. But apart from these they asked questions on technologies that are mentioned on my resume, level was average. Be good with basics of above technologies.
Next was managerial round. In this i was interviewed with the senior manager, he asked questions totally based on project management and client handling. That was totally non technical and more business related.
Then after few days hr contacted me that i was selected and even we had the discussion of package as well, then she said she'll send me links to fill forms for background verification, but till now its been one month she didn't responded.
Everything went well but i don't know what went wrong with hr.
