It was very laid back, only a 30 minute on-campus behavioral interview. I was only asked 1 question (along with a followup question to my answer). I haven't heard back yet from them on whether or not I've advanced to the next round.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
