I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group
Interview
I applied through a recruiter who initially contacted me in Linkedin. First call was with the HR then phone interview with Managers. After this round another call with HR then finally onsite interview with other leads, manager and director.
The interview rounds were poorly managed. Rather than group interview, each person spent about 30 mins interviewing me. Half the time, same questions.
1st round was with a Data lead, 2nd with lead responsible for REST services, 3rd with director and 4th with the managers.
Optum seems like a good company but I was a bit relieved that I didn't get this offer as it didn't seem to align with my career interest. The job description and what the real work was differed a lot.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Bengaluru) in Nov 2017
Interview
First written test followed by technical interviews. The interviewer was real incompetent. He couldn't speak English so he was writing all the problems on sheet and asked me to solve. When i solved it different way then he started telling he was expecting some other output.
The in second problem he was asking me do user registration through Aadhar API. I came up with the design and sequence diagram. He didn't look at it at all but he had problem with the way how i am communicating with Aadhar API. I wrote an interface which passes Aadhar ID to aadhar end points and gets the details. He had an issue with it saying any one can any one's Aadhar Id. So i told him Aadhar does phone validation hence it isn't easy to provide someone else's detail. Interviewer countered me back saying phone number is mandatory so you must make sure he is valid user and stuff. I told him let's not worry about Aadhar and let's focus on the actual design problem but he was adamant with his Aadhar thingy. He never looked at my design all he was worried about AAdhar!.
