I had applied for the position at the company website and was contacted by an inhouse recruiter who conducted a fairly straight forward screening in which we walked through my resume and I talked through my experience. The hiring manager then called me into the office for an hour long interview where we discussed my background and experience and the demands of the position. After that, I had two brief phone conversations with two members of the team who worked out of different states. The whole process was very smooth and straight forward.
