Interview was of three rounds First one was a digital video interview where you need to dress up like if you are going to a real face to face which I succeeded in it and I got an email saying that I have been selected for a first round phone interview which I did pretty well answering all questions and the interviewer was quite happy with what I said and then I waited for 6 weeks after I get a call from recruiter scheduling for a hiring manager interview ... What do people think that we will get a job as this would be a casual call and I thought the same when I faced the interview she told she would ask the same questions which were asked during my digital interview I answered pretty confidently and she sounded like she was impressed with me but something was there in her mind which I did not read it and she asked me about my compensation too.. So many thought I would be getting this position for sure also she mentioned that the lead who interviewed me gave me a good review . All this made me realize that I would be getting offer it was on Friday I had the interview and she told only one day I between you could hear something positive from me On Monday morning recruiter called me and said I don't have teradata experience that's why she cannot hire me . This really sucks when people have all the other database experience it won't be tough to learn the new tool I had very bad experience with UHG even waiting for three months
