Telephonic interview was for 30 mins technical based questions related to the basics of pega and other qualification related questions. This was followed by face-to-face interview after a week. During this management interview the salary was also negotiated.

The interview process is not a very defined one in UHG. The hiring is done by different teams when the need work force. It will couple of interview rounds and questions are not that complex. At times it might also include a round with onshore partners.
