Interview
Never got to speak to the person that actually does the hiring, no in person interview done, I did a phone interview with a front line HR person with no knowledge of what exactly the job entails or could answer any questions about job duties, hours and pay scale. Interviewer asked very broad questions about leadership and what would you do type questions unrelated to the job. Was not offered/did not pursue the job because the pay was too low.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I was able to check my application status at any time on the website. It was in total a 3 part process. Application submission, video interview, then real person video over the computer.

Interview
First interview was a telephone interview with a recruiter, the next day I received a call to set up a face to face interview. The second interview was face to face with two managers and included a mock phone call. After the face to face interview there was a short tour of the work site. About a week later I received a call with a job offer.
