Straight forward interview process with 3 rounds of interview. 1st round with the recruiter. 2nd round with the team lead and 3rd with the Manager. Finally with the HR for compensation discussion.

Interview
I went for the interview in UHG, noida, India for the associate position. I'd gone through three rounds of interview. Typing test, Aptitude test and Operations Manager round.
In typing they need min 20 wpm with at least 85% accuracy.
In Aptitude there are 60 questions with reasoning, mathematics and English grammar.
Final found is face to face interview with operations manager.
