Disorganized. They contacted me for a phone interview which was all over the place. Then, I was told that I would receive a personality test, which did not arrive. When I contacted the recruiter, she seemed annoyed because I thanked her for the interview but assumed I was not selected because I did not receive the test. She then sent the test and I was told that I would be interviewed, then told that my selected would not work and could interview during my lunch hour? I contacted the recruiter and said that I would meet during my lunch and the interviews were occurring that week. I never heard back. I had this company was not the best and at the very least the whole process was not professional and extremely disorganized. I can only imagine how this company operated with an interview like this one!
