Recruiter reached out for an initial baseline interview, had to chase them (shouldve been the first red flaf) abour next steps. Had a sexond round with the manager, super nice, then a panel intervew. Didnt hear anything for a month until I reached out. When i finally did the recruiter said they would let me know at the end of the week, never heard back and I reached out again to recieve an automated message that theyre OOO for two months. The most poorly run interview process I have ever encountered in my life.
