It took a week. First I had a call with the hiring manager which went very well. The next week I had an in person interview with a panel of 4 people including the hiring manager. Everyone friendly, save the one person who was asking me the most questions - she never replied to any of my answers, and immediately moved on to the next question. I was nervous because the job meant a lot to me, but they ended up ghosting me. They told me I'd know by the end of that week or beginning of next. It's now Thursday of next week, and sadly they've become just another company that doesn't follow through with informing people, even when they made it to the last round of the interview.
