Since the current interim pharmacy manager took over, the department has become much more disciplinary, with a heavy focus on write-ups, even when employees are sick and provide a doctor’s note, which shows a lack of empathy toward employees. Opportunities for advancement appear limited, and the internal hiring process lacks communication, with some applications sitting for months without any update. It is also frustrating to see people hired based on personal connections or preference rather than qualifications, especially when qualified and hardworking employees are overlooked.
