Interview
It consisted of a 10 minute presentation about my background and previous research experiences followed by questions from the principle investigators, and an opportunity to ask questions about the details of the PhD yourself.

What did you find most challenging in past research experiences?
1 call with the potential PI to discuss research interests and any relevant experience in the past. No test, or second call. This is usually a fair chill communication. Do need to prepare to learn more about PI's ongoing research projects.
