That interview was the confirmed by email and lasted about 35 minutes consisting of behavioral questions and what I knew about the company . Afterwards received a call to come In for an onsite interview and during this interview completed a mock call along with many behavioral questions and details of the extensive training, schedule and office opportunities. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unum (Portland, ME) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview process was great. I was contacted for a phone interview, told the process of the company, etc and the next step. I was told what would occur if I was granted the next step or not. Later, I was called for the Skype interview with 2 of the companies employees, it was based on behavioral questions and the insight of the employees about the company. Later I was called to confirm I got the job contingent to the background check. Throughout the whole process, I was constantly updated so I didn't feel this position was a scam or anything.
Everyone was very informative. If I had any questions, I could ask the staffing specialist, and she usually replied back to me immediately.
