I was in the interview process for about 6 weeks.
I found the opening online and applied. A few days later I was asked to fill out a pretty basic questionnaire about qualifications. This was followed up by a traditional HR video conference interview. After about a week, they set up another video conference interview but with 4 actuarial assistants at the company. This is as far as I made it, but the next step is their assessment day in Portland.
Overall, it was a positive experience. Everyone I interviewed with was very positive about the company and seemed to enjoy working there. The only issue I had was their video conference system kept crashing. I'm not really sure what I could have done better - I guess I just didn't have the background they were looking for.
