The phone interview was fairly simple and straightforward. Wanted to walk through my resume, experience, and a little about me. Told me about the position and that there would be multiple spots to fill as this was an incoming class of new hires. Due to COVID, the second round interview was done via Microsoft Teams. I was told I’d be interviewing with two people. Waiting on a video meeting, I was shocked that I was not allowed to see/meet the two people interviewing me. I never got to see them on camera! It was the most awkward thing for me. I also noticed there were more people in the “meeting” than just myself and two invisible interviewers. All in all an awkward experience that likely led to me not doing my best in the interview.
