First, they reached me by email and scheduled the first interview. Then, they explained the company briefly and asked me about my background in software engineering and systems development. After that, I was approved for the technical interview two days later. The technical interview consisted of a conversation about technological aspects related to the job and my previous knowledge of software development. After that, the interviewer asked me to share my screen and shared a link with some tasks to be performed. I performed the tasks as requested and later sent the source code to him. After that, a day or two later, I received an offer to join the Community.
