I interviewed with this company 2 separate times over the course of a few years, and both times I was put through many interviews with multiple people and then ghosted me until I badgered them for an update weeks after hearing nothing (but their claiming that they called me). The hiring managers were both delightful, but then the recruiter didn't tell me who I would be speaking with and how their jobs related to the open role. They rescheduled the interviews several times as well. They seem passionate but disorganized and unaware that every company is set up slightly differently, I put a lot of time into preparing and shuffled my schedule around and am disappointed with the way it was handled on both occasions.
