they do not have an HR they hire from Upwork, they said to me salaries are delayed for 2 months if i am okay with it, its good option for partime job

They send us a task and want us to complete it, but there is no information about the subsequent process. It is not clear whether they are outsourcing work to their own company or whether it is a task. I did not recommend this company to any of my friends close to me, and I told some of my friends who were interested in this role about this incident and told them not to make any effort. The HR unit needs to consist of people with stronger communication skills; Otherwise, any application can do what they do.
