Very straight forward. Extremely comfortable dialogue in improving animal care in san fernando valley.
Clear and concise in terms of questions and answers. Explained how day to day work style is.

How do you see yourself meshing in with our hospital?
Welcoming and very informative. They were very transparent with the state of the hospital and the direction it wanted to go in. After being hired, things were exactly like advertised.
Started with phone interview with a recruiter to described what kind of jobs you are looking for. Then, an online video call with regional director, hospital director, and a manager. After that, an in person onsite interview to meet the team
The interview process was straightforward. Interviewed by the recruiter and then the local leadership team and doctor team. Did not have to do a working interview before I was offered a position.
