    Approves of CEO

I have been working at VCA full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The specific clinic I work at is great - by and large the doctors and staff work together to make an environment that is positive. As a new doctor I feel supported by my mentor doctors, but not in an overbearing manner.

    Cons

Pro and Con: Different VCAs will operate very differently. Even though it is corporate, branches have a lot of latitude in day to day operations. I highly recommend a working interview (for current docs) or a externship/preceptorship for 4th year students.
