Online video interview questions then assessment centre with 40 candidates total, started with group work and casual presentation (2 per group presented with whiteboard) then after lunch they began interviews.
I applied through a referral and was invited to complete an online AI video interview. The process involved answering around five to six recorded questions.
The platform worked smoothly and the questions were straightforward. However, the first question focused on visa status and work authorization in Ireland. Since I require sponsorship, my application did not progress further. I received a rejection email about a week later.
Candidates who require visa sponsorship should be aware that work authorization may be assessed early in the process for this role.
