Interview
I applied and interviewed the same day. Completed practicums immediately after and began scheduling students within a week. Be sure to watch the training videos. I tried to "wing" my first practicum and honestly I am lucky I made it to a second practicum! I was much more prepared the second time around and confidently carried out the lesson. I was teaching within a day.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
