I attended a Fast pass training. Enable me to skip the actual interview. I scheduled a mock class which I did within a week after this training. At that mock class I became familiar with the platform and they learned my teaching skills.

First, you will submit an online application. Once your application has been approved, you will be invited to teach some mock classes in front of an interviewer. Once you pass the mock teaching portion of the interview process, you will be able to start teaching. You are now an independent contractor with VIPKid, make sure you take the classes they offer to help prepare you in the classroom and to appeal to parents who will be booking classes!

I applied and got asked to interview immediately because of my experience. I recorded my interview but did not pass the first time due to lighting of the room and my lack of use of hand gestures and expressions. I tried a second time but got rejected. You basically have to be really cheesy to get hired.
