Interview
The interview process went in several stages. After applying there was a video call then the company prepared you by giving you material to study before teaching a mock class. They look for people who are teachable and are willing to take constructive criticism and use the provided information to become a better teacher. The process goes very quickly so be prepared. Practice your timing on the slides and reducing incidental language.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
