Interview
you have to record a mock class. If you pass this then you have to do a mock 1 class with a grown adult and pretend to teach them like they are a child. You are given material prior to this. Watch YouTube videos on how to deliver this mock and practice practice practice. If you fail mock 1, you will be given a mock 2 chance. The interview and hiring process is kind of long. Supposedly the company only hires 10% of applicants.
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
