I was hired via campus recruitment, with basically 4 rounds. Starting with GD, GD was very simple with good communication skills and knowledge about the subject can get you to next round and another 3 rounds of face to face interview with senior staffs and hr. Where our management, technical and problem solving skills were tested. Over it was a standard process.
