The interview was pretty straight forward. However, when they offered the job to another, VMware didn't bother to contact me that I didn't make the cut.

Interview
I first had a phone interview that lasted 15-20 minutes. After that I was told that I would get contacted for a second interview. The second interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was asked a few accounting questions. A few days later I was contacted again for a third interview in which I was asked situational questions and job-related questions. After the third interview, I got a rejection.
