It was a telephone Interview with a 'Senior DBA' and technical in nature. The interviewer was interested more in showing how much he knew and how little I appeared to know.

The interview was very personal and comfortable. The team made the environment comfortable and enjoyable. It involved two parts. One with Vaco and one with hiring company. Once hired they walked me through the entire process start to finish.
