I got a phone call, answered some basic questions. The questions were subjective like: "What do you consider to be an experience of a lifetime". It was relatively painless and not stressful.

Interview
I submitted a resume and I got a call within a week to set up a phone interview. I got my phone interview, which was very comfortable, and a month later I was moving to Colorado.
