New grad online application submitted before the winter holidays, then an interview a few months later. After interview process option of in-person or skype. Offer's were sent out again a few months later. When I applied you either applied for critical care or acute care. Then during orientation you had brief interview with each unit within the tract you were selected for and then given your unit placement.

The two people who interviewed me were hilarious and so easy to talk to. They made me feel very comfortable. It was the unit manager and the nurse educator. I interviewed for a pediatric unit.
