I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vanguard (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process is a little intense. I first met a recruiter at a college career fair. Out of the blue several weeks after the fair she called me to set up a phone interview. I successfully passed the first two phone interviews and was invited to an in person 3 hour interview. I rejected their offer.
