Interview
Just as most people have described, started with a quick phone call and brief interview, then went to in person. Vanguard flew me in for my interview since I was out of state. Case study followed by a few behavioral questions then opened up for questions from me. Interviewed in person on a Friday and got an offer the next Tuesday.
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

Interview
There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
