I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vanguard
Interview
I received an e-mail from a recruiter about an associate position at Vanguard. We set up a phone interview and she basically asked me some STAR questions before deciding if I should come in or not. Once the phone interview was completed, she wanted a face to face meeting at the Vanguard location. During the interview, it was me with the hiring manager and recruiter. It was mainly STAR questions and basic interview questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years. The interview went well and I really wanted the job, but I didn't receive the job offer.
