Absolutely awful, my in person interviewer was not a Hiring Manager, and decided to stray completely away from the interview packet that was given to him to use. As a result of this, my packet that was turned back into HR was completely blank all because he "wanted to have a conversation" for the interview instead of asking me the interview questions.

Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
