I got a phone screen pretty quickly after I applied in early August after the coding assessment was completed. Got an invite to final interview (superday) virtually for the Malvern location. The recruiter forgot about me which I didn't realize till the day of so had to reschedule for the week after. The two interviewers were super nice, and the conversations and interviews went pretty well in my opinion. Didn't hear back for two weeks so sent a followup email to my recruiter which resulted in an auto email rejection the night of. Disappointed, as I thought it went well, after all the scheduling/interview mishaps. I had one behavioral and one technical interview besides the phone screen.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. After applying, I had a recruiter screen then I was sent a hackerrank with 3 multiple-choice questions and 3 LC-style questions. Then, I participated in a super day that was two rounds, a technical case and a behavioral interview. Super friendly people at each step of the process, great company values.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Apr 2024

1hr technical to go over case study and ask other technical questions,
1hr behavioral.
