Disgraceful. The worst interview process I have been a part of. Had several phone interviews and multiple rounds of in-person interviews only to be ghosted by the firm for nearly 6 weeks, with no response to a couple of outreaches to the hiring manager. Only upon my last-ditch outreach to the recruiter was I finally told that I was not selected. For the time invested in the process, it would have been proper to receive a quick note communicating the firm's intent to move on. The entire recruiting process is in shambles and does a tremendous disservice to the firm's great founder. Stay away from this company at all costs!
