Behavioral based interviews with a series of managers and peers on the team. They were mainly focused on exploring fit and overall leadership experience sprinkled with a couple industry/ role specific questions.

The process started with a phone screening recruiter interview, which was all very professional. Second interview was with the hiring manager, who seemed somewhat disinterested from the beginning of the intereview.

It’s a long process: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Hiring Manager 3. Hiring Manager + peer 4. Head of design and engineering 5. Senior leader panel They are vetting that you’re a fit, and you get plenty of opportunity to ask your questions too.
