They ask regular interview questions. It was relatively straightforward. There were several rounds of interviews. It helps to talk to people, check out the website, know the company mission and vision statement. They care about the clients and the structure is different than most asset managers as there is no commissions on trades. Lowest expense ratio on funds in the industry on average. Talk about that and how it helps people to save for retirement.
The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone interview and then moving to a virtual team meeting with the recruiter. Very friendly and open to answering your questions.

Question 1
What do you know about Vanguard?
Tell me about a time... handling a customer, difficulties, multitasking
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
