Interview
Behavorial based interview questions about how you would deal with client on the phone. Meet with someone one on one. Pretty staight forward process. Later as I applied to get jobs in the company and the process was much more difficult. The process seemed to pick very little details to describe how you were not suited for a role. Like for example your talk time is too high. They would tell you this after you had the interview.

STAR based half and role play the other. Designed to last 2 hours total but can vary. My department is focused on sales so was a scenario where I was an employee at a retailer and I had to sell the interviewer a laptop.
